02/08/2014: Microsoft Exchange Service Disruption

Intermittent drops in connection with customers' Exchange Server mailboxes occurred during the week to 2 August 2014.

The cause was identified to be a fault in the NICs on a server that hosts our Exchange Server service.

A new server was put in place on 2 August 2014 to take over the role of the faulty server.
