30/07/2015: Temporary Desktop Service Distruption

Some customers were unable to log in to their desktops between 12:15 and 13:25 (approximately).

Our primary customer desktop server was unobtainable during this period due to a DNS corruption.

To resolve the problem, the DNS services were restarted and the server was rebooted.
