29/09/2015: Temporary Desktop Service Interruption
We experienced intermittent connection problems with our Desktop platform between 16:00 and 17:00 (approximately).
This will have affected users' Desktops, Exchange Server accounts, VPN connections and some websites.
We believe the platform was subject to a DDOS attack. Security was not compromised but platform response was slowed down as the firewall dealt with the attack.
