04/05/2017: Major Upstream Network Outage
A major network outage occurred with our upstream hosts between 12:03 and 13:59 (approx.), which affected many UK data centres.
Engineers have substantially resolved the problem, which was due to issues with multiple core routers, and traffic patterns started returning to normal at about 12:44, although our data centres came back online later. We have been advised that the issue might recur until a permanent solution is identified with their upstream vendors.
