12/06/2012: Printing Problems

Some users experienced a variety of printing problems.

After investigation with the Net2Printer software developers, installation of a release update to version 1.16.2 was advised. We installed the release update on the platform overnight on 12/06/2012 and distributed an email to all users to advise and explain that the same release update also be installed on all client PCs and laptops.

We will continue to monitor the situation until stability of the platform and printer service is resumed.
