16/10/2014: Microsoft Exchange Service Disruption

Intermittent drops in connection with customers' Exchange Server mailboxes occurred between 13:30 and 17:30.

The cause was identified to be incomplete authentication of servers that host our Exchange Server service.

To resolve the problem, the Domain Controller servers and Exchange servers that were affected by this were rebooted in sequence and stable service was resumed at approximately 17:30.
